As a woman and mother, I know firsthand how overwhelming the unknowns of birth and motherhood can be. It’s my goal that you move through your birth feeling informed, validated, and respected so your journey to motherhood starts from a strong and grounded place.
As a birth doula, I help you tune out the noise of conflicting information, family opinions, and social media messaging and tune into your true desires. Who are you as a woman? As a mother? What do you believe about birth? About your body? And how does this impact the ways in which you prepare for birth? We’ll go far beyond basic birth plans and utilize a blend of evidence-based resources, ancestral knowledge, somatic practices, and your own innate wisdom to help you birth in your way and on your terms.
Continuous and compassionate doula care for pregnancy, labour, and birth
Birth and postpartum aren't two separate events. They're one continuous unfolding — and you deserve to be held through all of it.
The Full Circle brings together my complete birth support and postpartum care into one seamless experience. From our first prenatal meeting through six weeks of weekly in-home postpartum visits, I walk beside you through every threshold of this journey.
You get everything — the prenatal preparation, the on-call labour support, the birth photography, the somatic coaching, the nourishment at the birth. And then I stay. Six weeks of devoted weekly care as your body heals, your baby grows, and you find your footing in this extraordinary new version of yourself.
There's something that happens when the same person who held you through your birth shows up at your door on a Tuesday, three weeks postpartum. Who was there for the whole story. Who already knows what you went through, what surprised you, what moved you. You don't have to explain yourself. You don't have to catch anyone up. There's food on the counter, the home is tended to, and there's unhurried time — for your body, your questions, and everything you're feeling. You can just be.
This is for the mother who understands that how she moves through this rite of passage matters — and who wants to emerge from her early postpartum period feeling healed, nourished, witnessed, and truly well cared for.

This package is designed for continuity through birth and into the earliest weeks of postpartum, with a shorter but deeply intentional period of in-home support after your baby arrives.
We begin in the same way: with prenatal preparation that supports your body, mind, and nervous system as you move toward birth. You’re not just getting ready for labour—you’re preparing for the transition into motherhood as a whole.
From 38 weeks onward, I’m on-call and present for your birth, offering continuous in-person support wherever you’re birthing. I stay with you through labour and birth, bringing grounding presence, comfort measures, guidance, advocacy, and optional birth photos and video if you’d like them held and documented.
After your baby is born, I remain close. You receive two in-home postpartum visits within the first three weeks—when everything is still new, tender, and shifting quickly. These visits are for nourishment, rest, and real-life support as you begin to find your rhythm. Meals are brought in, your body is cared for, questions are answered, emotions are witnessed, and the practical pieces of life are gently held so you don’t have to hold everything at once.
There is still time for what matters most: being with your baby, processing your experience, and not feeling alone in the intensity of those first days.
You also have ongoing voice note and text support throughout our time together, so you’re never left wondering or carrying it all on your own between visits.
This is for the mother who wants continuity through birth, but a lighter postpartum container. Who wants to be known, supported, and held through the threshold—but doesn’t need or want extended weekly care beyond those early weeks.
It is still full support at the most pivotal moments. Just in a more focused window of time.

"I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Lauren’s doula services. From the moment I decided to hire her around 34 weeks, I knew I had made the right decision. Her calming presence and unwavering support truly transformed my birth experience. Despite my birth plan not going as expected, Lauren ensured that I never felt judged or unsupported. Instead, I felt empowered, heard, and completely taken care of every step of the way."

"From the moment I met Lauren, I felt like I was talking to a dear friend. I immediately felt comfortable and supported as we explored topics like matrescence, boundary work, and partner dynamics after having a child. Our conversations became a lifeline for me during a particularly complicated postpartum period. I felt safe enough to leave my baby for a few hours to attend much-needed pelvic floor physiotherapy and other aftercare, thanks to Lauren’s nursing background. It was truly a privilege to be held by someone so passionate, knowledgeable, and kind."
