We explored nervous system healing, cyclical embodiment, and what it meant to build in partnership with our capacity instead of against it.

We kept coming back to one another — on long Zoom calls, in messy voice notes, and in novel sized text threads. It was through these long, winding conversations — the kind that start with a question and end hours later in full-body resonance — that the roots of HELD began to take shape.

We weren’t just dreaming about a new way of doing business… We were living the questions in real time:
Can embodiment, leadership, devotion, and our own definition of wild success truly co-exist?
Can we hold space for others without abandoning ourselves?

The backbone of HELD was built from the exact practices we kept returning to, in moments of burnout, rupture, repair, and deep remembering.

This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience.
It’s what carried us through — and now it’s what we offer to you.

Somewhere in there, we hit record — and our podcast sub-series Musings & Magick was born.
We began to notice the magick of our connection — the way our energy fed off each other, how our different experiences, styles, and wisdom created something deeply alive and alchemical.
